DOOBIE SNACKS — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are
This website, doobiesnacks.ca, is operated by Budnked Enterprises Inc., doing business as Doobie Snacks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases of merchandise through it.
Please read these Terms before using the website or placing an order. When you place an order, you agree to the Terms presented to you at checkout.
2. Website purpose and age requirements
Our website provides information about Doobie Snacks, our cannabis products, and where those products may be available through licensed retailers.
We do not sell, accept orders for, or ship cannabis through this website. Only non-cannabis merchandise is available for purchase online.
The website is intended for adults aged 19 or older. If your jurisdiction requires a higher age to access cannabis-related content, you must meet that requirement. You must not misrepresent your age or bypass age-verification measures.
3. Cannabis information
Cannabis-related content is provided for general information. It is not medical advice or a recommendation to use cannabis to treat any condition.
Product characteristics, cannabinoid levels, and availability may vary by batch and retailer. Refer to the actual product packaging and licensed retailer for current information. Retailer listings do not guarantee that a particular product is in stock.
Purchases made from independent cannabis retailers are separate transactions with those retailers. Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility we have under applicable law for our own products or representations.
4. Merchandise and Printful fulfillment
Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through Printful, our production and shipping provider.
When you purchase merchandise through doobiesnacks.ca, your purchase is from Doobie Snacks. We remain your contact for order questions, delivery issues, and requests for a replacement or refund.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, colours, quantities, and delivery details before ordering. Images may include digital mockups, and minor variations in screen colour, print placement, or measurements may occur. This does not excuse material differences from the product description, incorrect items, or defective goods.
5. Prices, payment, and order details
The applicable currency, merchandise prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
You must provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information and be authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Subject to applicable law, we may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolved payment problem, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cancel.
We will not charge an increased price or make a material product substitution without your agreement. Price changes do not alter an existing accepted order.
6. Production, shipping, and delivery
Available shipping destinations, charges, and estimated delivery timing are provided during checkout. Production time is separate from shipping time, and items may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery estimates may be affected by production capacity, carrier delays, and other circumstances. These estimates do not limit cancellation, refund, or delivery rights provided by law.
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a shipment is returned because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to pay reasonable reshipping costs, disclosed before reshipment.
If an order is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with Printful and the carrier.
7. Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because merchandise is made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.
We will try to accommodate your request before production begins. Once production has started, we generally cannot accept voluntary changes or cancellations. This does not affect any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable law.
8. Returns, defects, and refunds
Because merchandise is made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size, colour, or design you selected incorrectly, except where required by law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible.
Please report product problems within 30 days of delivery and missing packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can promptly pursue a fulfillment claim. These reporting requests do not shorten any statutory warranty or claim period.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed defects, incorrect items, or goods lost before delivery, subject to applicable law. You will not be charged to correct an error for which we are responsible.
Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions. Any return required to resolve our error will be at our expense. Refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method, including applicable taxes and shipping charges where required.
9. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful browsing, learning about our products, and purchasing merchandise.
You must not interfere with website security, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software, or misuse another person’s information.
Our branding, designs, photographs, text, and other website materials belong to us or our licensors. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce or commercially exploit them. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer ownership of its artwork or trademarks.
Any permissions accompanying downloadable retailer materials continue to apply to those materials.
10. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
To process and deliver your order, necessary order information is shared with service providers, including our ecommerce platform, payment providers, Printful, and shipping carriers.
We may contact you about your order or customer-service requests. Promotional communications are optional, and you may unsubscribe from them without affecting necessary order communications.
11. Website availability and your legal rights
We take reasonable care to maintain accurate information and a functioning website, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
Links to independent websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer protections, statutory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our use of Printful or another service provider does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Saskatchewan law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date, with additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms of an existing order.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
