Doobie Snacks — Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to non-cannabis merchandise purchased through doobiesnacks.ca. Merchandise is sold by Budnked Enterprises Inc., doing business as Doobie Snacks, and made to order through Printful. We do not sell or ship cannabis through this website.

Made-to-order merchandise

Because merchandise is made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size, colour, or design you selected incorrectly, except where required by law. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at design@budnked.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible.

Please report product problems within 30 days of delivery so we can promptly pursue a fulfillment claim. This reporting request does not shorten any statutory warranty or claim period.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed defects or incorrect items, subject to applicable law. You will not be charged to correct an error for which we are responsible. Doobie Snacks remains responsible for handling your claim; you do not need to contact Printful yourself.

Missing or delayed packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with Printful and the carrier. Please report missing packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. This request does not limit any statutory delivery, cancellation, or refund rights.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for goods lost before delivery, subject to applicable law.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate your request before production begins. Once production has started, we generally cannot accept voluntary changes or cancellations. Any cancellation or refund right provided by applicable law remains unaffected.

Return instructions and refunds

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions. Do not send merchandise to our mailing address without contacting us first. Any return required to resolve our error will be at our expense.

Refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method, including applicable taxes and shipping charges where required. We will confirm when a refund has been issued; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer protections, statutory warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our use of Printful does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.
